There was a guy (Gearhead Mike) that made a turntable (C axis) independently driven to cut round jobs like a bowl or disc. No Cutter Compensation G-codes G42 & G43 for Shapeoko?
You could do something similar with a horizontal (A or B axis) rotary device.
I mounted a little Dremel lathe to the table on my machine & create programs to cut a pen blank, just for giggles & academic.
