Unfortunately, the game controller buttons don’t seem to be made available when one is using a gamepad, and I haven’t found a tool which will cross this particular divide.
I did submit this as an issue on GitHub for AntiMicro:

I am using Antimicro to control a small CNC machine by remapping a small gamepad… to keyboard inputs. Thanks!
Recently it had support for using a game controller added:

and the RB/RT buttons provide a feature which isn't available using the keyboard --- changing the jog speed to faster or slower than the current setting.
When I managed to get both the gamepad (a Super NES USB clone) and game controller (a Logitech F310) active at the same time I couldn't get the RB and RT buttons to be active on the Gamepad side of the interface --- would it be possible to extend the program so that one could select RB and RT while in the gamepad side of the interface?
as noted at:
I find the game controller and numeric keypad layouts a bit confusing (also, my son lay claim to the second Logitech F310 since he left his at college), and while I love the click on my wonderful 6 Key Keyboard (Techkeys SixKeyBoard CNC Edition ) I find I need to change the jog rate often enough when using my Shapeoko that it has been consigned to the far corner of the basement for use with my Nomad (and I am anxiously awaiting the 3x3 version).
Until that time, I’ve been looking for an alternat…
Hopefully @robgrz will add a keyboard option for these buttons and my life will be that much simpler.
