Is there version of Shapeoko_A_to_Z_v4 PDF with table of contents?

Hi, I’m referring to document Shapeoko_A_to_Z_v4.pdf to calibrate my new Shapeoko Pro machine but it’s very difficult to navigate given it has over 300 pages of very good info. Is there a version out there that has a table of content?
