Is this wrong vee bit or too deep?

I’m unsure if this is clean or if it’s telling me there is a real problem, looking at the peeks of my female lettering.

I’m using a 60 degree vee bit cutting in ,230 inch.

You have vertical walls at the top of the cuts. I think your tool dia in CC is too small.

Wow, I have much to learn, I didn’t even catch that, thanks. Can you please explain what dia is and is this the same reason for that crummy looking R and B?

The diameter of your vee bit in CC is what I was referring to. If it’s 1/4" diameter the angled portion is 1/8" wide, so you can cut up to 0.216 deep. Otherwise you need to use a larger tool to cut that depth.
