I’ve been considering using my shapeoko to carve into PVC sheets and am wondering what experience other have had with this as well as feeds/speeds setting advice
What you will find in a lot of PVC is how many bubbles show up at the edges. It’s rough to get a smooth edge.

I found using a single flute bit works best on pvc. With 1/4 inch I’m running at around 65ipm with carbide router set on 2. 1/8 inch bit I turn it up to 3.5- 4 on router. Same feed rate
