For some reason the smallest stock size CC will let me set is .9843 x .9843, I have never had this problem before and have always been able to set my stock size much smaller for engraving projects.
I have a Mac and am running the latest version of CC. Is this a new limitation of the program?

I never noticed that before. The next question is, do you actually need to define a stock size that is smaller than a square inch ? If you are setting your zero to lower-left corner, the stock size does not matter (except visually to make sure your design fits in the area you want, granted…)
That’s true and that’s what I will have to do, I just never noticed it before and thought I was able to do this in the past but I pulled up an old file and the smallest work area I had set was 1" x 3". No big deal, it will all work out!
