Had an end cut-off while milling some lumber and saw a beer tap handle inside that just needed to be let out. This is white eucalyptus cut on a table saw with a miter jig and the text design and tool path done with Aspire. I used a simple jig to hold the material level on the XXL and filled the text with epoxy, sanded to 400 and applied a couple coats of spray on poly.
