Need some help with new Armana bits

Hi, I just figured out how to load new tools into carbide create and I need just a few questions answered.
(1)

How do I set plunge rates and do I need them?

The point cutting round over bit I would like to use for fine lettering and designs in my sign making, do I set the info the same way as the others for this?

About Adding Spektra mills to tool database

Ok, thanks to @WillAdams I edited the CSV for the mills I added. Most of the columns made sense, some I guessed at. I believe things are good enough to not be afraid to try them out.
