Hi all,
Newbie here, having some issues, thought maybe someone may be able to help.
I designed a drop tray. Last toolpath is my cut out (contour). I set an off set (outside right). i run the simulation, it looks perfect, then when it goes to the my stock its cutting it without the offset.
Any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks!

Upload your file?
I recommend this quite a bit, see:
One which has a cutting flute length equal to or greater than the thickness of the stock — pretty much any tool should work.
Big thing is the toolpaths — if cutting out, rather than just cutting a slot:

Offset to the outside by endmill diameter plus 10% or so:

Then cut as a pocket:

down to tab height or the penultimate pass:

then move the contour down to below the pocket and start cutting at the bottom of the pocket:

and…

You are cutting to a depth of 0.77":
with a tool which only has a cutting flute length of 0.5":
Use a longer, more rigid tool, and offset by endmill diameter plus 10%:
Attached as a v7 file — if this doesn’t cut well, upload a photo and we will look into it with you.

Thanks for your help. Its working.
The thickness of the lip is only .11.
I believe I programmed it to be .25
Lastly, I’m still what i did wrong on the original file, and why it did not obey the offset?

Lastly, I’m still not sure what I did wrong on the original file, and why it did not obey the offset?

The lip is quite narrow in your file:
scarcely more than 1/8".
