Might be user error?
If I try to recreate it in a test file it doesn’t happen again, only in my project file 
Wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue?

Did you have the “Previous Diameter” set to 0.250, instead of 0.125?
Unfortunately it’s a top secret, classified project 
I’ll try to strip down the file to just isolate the issue.

Ah, yes! We ran into this recently. It’s a bug. But if you change the Previous Diameter to 0.0625, it works. ???

Any idea what I can avoid doing to trigger the bug? Or as general practice should I use the lower previous diameter?
