OK, thanks Tim. Your Shapeokos seem to act differently than my Nomads. In my understanding “home” (where the machine initializes) is uniformly up-rear-right. It sounds like you are saying that at the end of a job your machines would “park” at up-rear-left, a position distinct from “home”? Or am I totally misunderstanding your terminology?

On the current CM, the big red STOP button takes the spindle to the home position (back right top) if it isn’t there already (which for me it always is at the end of a run)
