Hi everyone,

I have gone through a few of the posts about calibration and setting up everything. However I do not have a very good grasp on the best approach to solve the following:

My machine is cutting almost exactly the measurement inputted on carbide create in the Y direction but is a 1/16 of an inch off consistently in the X direction. Is there some posts that can be recommended to help solve this? I know there is a ton of information on here but I can’t seem to figure out the right approach to solving this.

The first link just went into the specifics of interacting with the MDI and doing the calculations — the balance of the post should obviate it, if not, ask and we’ll try to make things clear.

I was able to do the math and got it corrected, I did get a little tripped up when I just put the ratio value of 0.998 instead of 39.998 but after that correction everything is working great.
