Shapoko 5.1 Pro - Plywood Legs

I am mostly done with the legs. I still need to add some front drawers, but that might be a while. Several other projects to do. I used a single sheet of 18mm Birch Plywood.

It was also my first real project, after having it for over a year. I am setting it up for PE foam production. There were a lot of other projects I needed to complete, and life got in the way.

I am also done with the high volume dust collection system, and the PwnCNC 30mm spacer. I am in the process of designing a quick, height adjustable 5" port size vacuum shoe that attaches to the bottom of the Z(like the Sweepy Pro), as I will be using a 4" long, 1/2" foam cutting bit, and need to be able to ride on top of the 3" and 4" foam.

I am also working on a 48" x 49" vacuum hold down system consisting of 4 - 24" x 24.5" sections, at least until I can free up funds to buy the Airweights system. I have a 17 CFM vacuum pump ordered from them.

I will also be posting the files for the Shapoko Pro 5.1 Bed, in a seperate post. I needed it for some design work for a few other things, and will also make it available.

I am more than happy to share the design.
