Slow moviment Jog

Hi guys,
I buy a new computer and reinstall my ShapeOKO 3.
I installed Carbide 5
I connected my Shapeoko and initialize the machine. Ok process!
But, in JOG TAB, i don’t arrive moviment the machine perfectly…
I click the X or Y btn, and doesn’t respond instantly…
This is a USB comunication problem? I need change the setup for mu COM3 port?

Are you comparing this to CM3 or 4?

hen i connected Shapeoko to my computer, it assigned COM3 port, I need to change it to 4.
Regarding the computer requirements, I think I have a satisfactory machine.
At the moment I don’t have any applications open, only carbide 5
