SOLVED? Advanced v-carve corners

So I tried advance v-carve today and ran into the uneven vcarve corner issue that people ran into in the past.

I did a few tests and think I figured out what the problem is. So I’m using the #302 Carbide3D 60 degree V-bit. According to the specs, the bit width is 0.50" @ 60 degrees. If you do some basic geometry calculations, the angled portion of the bit is 0.43301" tall. So my theory is that anything deeper than the height of the angled portion of the bit will cause the corner issue.

So I tested the same design but used different max depths of 0.25", 0.35", 0.40", and 0.50". As you can tell in the photo, all the depths less than the 0.43301" height come out clean.

Appreciate your time in doing that. Good note to keep.
