Toolbar customization

I’m running Carbide Create 431 and I can’t find a way to add functions to the toolbar.
Many videos I see are (I guess) different versions and they have Save, Reset View, Snap To Grid across the top. I’d like to have the same. I know they are in the menu - click View then Reset View or Snap to Grid, but that’s just extra steps.

Is there a way in CC 431 to have Save, Reset View, Snap to Grid in the toolbar or did they do a downgrade in version 4?

I’m afraid the toolbar (which wasn’t customizable) went away to save screen space and improve performance.
