Hi everyone.
I am cutting some dovetails, and need to cut vertical off the front lip of the shapeoko 4.
The attached picture shows what I’m doing for the smaller boards. There’s a piece of vhb tape holding it to the machine as well.
I don’t like this at all. And if it’s a much longer board I’m making vertical cuts with, I don’t have the luxury of setting it on the table.
Is there some kind of T clamp that can fasten things like this? Anyone have similar projects and what have you done?

On an SO3 it was possible to take advantage of the front plate and use it for clamping:
(somewhere around there there’s a photo showing 4 boards clamped at once)
