Wireless XBox Cntrl with Carbide Motion

I recently purchased a JORREP XBox Wireless Controller. With no luck using it with carbide motion. Has anyone had any luck with the newest version of carbide motion using a wireless controller? Do we also need a keymapping to make it work? If so, how can I get a good keymapping utility for my windows 11.

Thanks
Scott

A keymapping utility shouldn’t be necessary with a game controller — it should “just work” as noted at:

while remapping as is done for gamepads would probably work:

it shouldn’t be necessary.

Hopefully a future version of Carbide Motion will restore this functionality.

I’m running the current carbide motion, windows 10, on a Asus transormer. As it only has one full size USB port, I’ve been using a Microsoft wireless Xbox controller, with the only issue with the controller connecting to the tablet, via bluetooth. Once connected, it works with Carbide Motion.
