Z-Plus setup - Carbide Motion Settings

Just installed my new Z-Plus on my SO3. In Carbide Motion it says the settings menu should allow me to choose the size then the z-axis type, but I do not have that menu option available. Is there another way? Just updated to CM v519. Thanks!
