Z probing always off

Hello.

I was way out of date on software updates so decided to update to latest and now the machine fails to probe Z.

Everytimei probe with Bitzero v2 the height i off 5 mm.

How can i fix this?

I set my zero manualy and it cuts more 5mm from what i have in Carbide create…

Which Z-axis does your machine have? How have you configured it?

Where are you positioning your BitZero? (which do you have?)

How are you probing with it?

If you position the tip of a tool/probing pin at the surface of the MDF, set zero there, jog up 2" and then measure, how much has the machine moved?
