Z probing always off

Which Z-axis does your machine have? How have you configured it?

Where are you positioning your BitZero? (which do you have?)

How are you probing with it?

If you position the tip of a tool/probing pin at the surface of the MDF, set zero there, jog up 2" and then measure, how much has the machine moved?
