Armed Services Logos

Am wondering if anyone has some REALLY good Navy, Marine Corp or Army logo .svg files they would be willing to share. Those I have downloaded from the internet aren’t so good.

Thanks in advance

There are some at:

and for the U.S. Navy see:

Please post any files which you have difficulty w/ and we’ll do our best to assist.

I have gotten plenty of free art work from the internet. Some of it is garbage as far as trying to carve it. Yesterday I bought for $3.00 a svg image of a modern challenger for a project I am working on. There are a lot of good quality images on etsy and are inexpensive. Most are an instant download.

One caution about google image searches. If you do not have internet protection be very careful about clicking on images found on a google search. I have Norton 360 and about 10% of the images I click are flagged as malicious sites. Criminals and bad actors mask their sites for bad purposes with innocent looking sites. If you do not know the site do not input personal information. It is like someone on the phone calling you and saying they are the bank and want your personal information. The bank has your personal information and never give out information to someone that randomly calls you. It is ok if you call the bank or go to a site you know like etsy but random links can be quite dangerous.

A good warning indeed.

Similarly, some of the images you can buy on Etsy are not strictly legal, either. So far as I understand it, selling military logos on Etsy violates copyright (and Etsy’s terms of service).

For licensing specifics please see:

DOD Trademark Licensing Guide corrected from: per @Gerry http://www.defense.gov/Media/Trademarks

For a discussion of fair use, check w/ your lawyer or see:

That first link is dead for me, but there seems to be related info at DOD Trademark Licensing Guide (defense.gov)

We’re not as big on this sort of thing (or flags) here in the UK, but there’s similar info at www.gov.uk for the MOD.
