Grooves in x-axis guide rails

Hi I have been using the nomad for over a year now. I noticed one day on inspection that small grooves had developed in the x-axis guide rail, so I sent the machine back and was sent a new one. Now about six months into using the new machine I have noticed the same grooves appearing in the x-axis rails again. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

What material are you cutting?

Are you using dust collection?

Have you been lubricating per:

Could you please send photos of the grooves in to support@carbide3d.com?

Hi Will,

Mostly cutting acrylic.

No dust collection the machine is standard with no mods.

I have been lubricating the rails with Super-Lube with PTFE about every week (~45) machine hours.

Here is a photo of one of the grooves, all are about the same size and run parallel to the direction of motion.

I meant to write X. I have the same issue in the same spot.
