Pink Lines in SVG

I downloaded the Navy Logo from your design elements on the website
Free SVG file for CNC Routers (carbide3d.com)

Portions of it are pink and uncarvable. How can this be adjusted?

You would need to draw in additional geometry and connect things.

Does anybody have a United Sates Navy logo that they have used to cut? I have downloaded 3 files off the internet and tried to set it up for a vcarve, and every file wants it to cut around the letters and the rope edge, etc., instead of vcarving the actual letters, rope, eagle, etc. Either I am really tired and I’m not doing something simple I’ve done on everything else, or I can’r find the right file. Any help would be appreciated. I’m trying to cut this on a piece of pine for a friend that is …

Unfortunately didn’t properly work in Carbide Create at the time of its first posting, but seems to work well in the CC400 branch and later, and folks using other apps may find it of use — if anyone knows of a better original, I’d be glad to re-draw it again: [image]

These should be fixed.

The outside of the wing could be contoured with a vee bit.

I would also edit the chain links so they end up looking like this
