does any one know of or have a file for making a navy paddle that will work in vcarve pro 11

Can’t help w/ the paddle design, but I’ve worked up a couple of U.S. Navy designs:

• USN Masterdiver: Need help creating / editing a picture - #5 by WillAdams

• Drew up a rough version of the U.S. Navy Submarine Warfare Insignia

Creating designs from elements

If one has a design idea one wants to make, usually it can be shown / mocked up as a pixel image, and put together using some basic elements.
